Complementary Therapies

At the Carers Centre we recognise that you may suffer from aches, pains, stress and other minor ailments as a result of your caring role. One way of reducing some of these problems is through the use of complementary therapies. Sefton Carers Centre has a number of therapists who provide treatments to carers.

The complementary therapies at the Carers Centre on South Road are available by an appointments system. There are also therapies, including aromatherapy, Indian head massage and reflexology available at the outreach venues around Sefton. These are available by booking appointments in advance with the Link Workers.

These services help alleviate stress and promote carers’ health and well-being.
