Helpline, Drop-in,& Information Service

The Helpline/Drop in services provide carers with accurate and up to date information on a wide range of topics as well as emotional support for carers who are experiencing stress as a result of their caring role.

The Drop-in facilities in South Road, Waterloo, also has a comprehensive library of information, leaflet display and information about local and national organisations. This service is also available at other outreach venues across the borough. For more information contact the drop-in centre.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm. Friday 11am to 4.30pm.
