Sefton Carers Forum

Sefton Carers Forum is the independent arm of the Carers Centre. It is made up of a body of carers and is run by carers.

Sefton Carers Forum recognised that a one-stop shop information and support service was a prerequisite to meet the needs of carers. A co-ordinated campaign organised through the Forum helped to establish the Carers Centre in 1994. The Forum has since achieved success in a number of other areas and have influenced the way services are provided.

The Forum is always looking for carers to become involved and join the Forum Committee.
