Your direct Payment can change as your needs change. The way you use your Direct Payment can change if you want it to. Direct Payments are meant to be flexible. After you have been using your Direct Payments for a while you may change your mind. You might decide you don't want them any more. Or you might decide you want to use them in a different way. Or you might want to do more with them. |
